White Chocolate Kettle Corn

 This is one of the easiest, yummiest recipes you will ever make.  If you are a popcorn fan like me that is.

White Chocolate Kettlecorn
4 bags of microwave kettlecorn
1 bag of white chocolate dipping chocolates
Pop your 4 bags of microwave Kettle Corn.  Follow the directions on the back of the bags as to how to pop the kettle corn.  Poor the popped kettle corn into a large bowl.  Try to sift out all the seeds that did not pop.
Take your dipping chocolates and melt them down.  You can do this in the microwave or on the stove top.  I have done it both ways.  On the stove top you need a double broiler.  The back of the bag of white dipping chocolates will give you directions for the best way to do this.

Once the chocolate is melted drizzle it over the popped kettle corn.  Take a spoon and mix it in so it covers over all the popped kettle corn.  Wait about 10-15minutes for the chocolate to harden over the popcorn then serve.  (You can also use regular popcorn.  I like the kettle corn taste better though.)

I have been craving it ever since the shower. I went and got the kettle corn but didn't get chocolate bc that would be too dangerous. The kettle corn alone doens't cut it. I WANT some more!
